in·vis·i·ble

/inˈvizəb(ə)l/

adjective

unable to be seen; not visible to the eye.

Invisibility is something that we both long for and fear. As we each evolve in life there are times when we want to make a cause more visible, feel more visible ourselves and conversely times when we want to be invisible.

Navigating a heterosexist culture is challenging on the best of days. As a new generation of LGBTQ2SIA+ youth navigate these prejudices in an increasingly uncertain environment, the invisible projects are an opportunity to showcase both the talent and the experience of LGBTQ2SIA+ youth living in today’s Alberta.
